Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark Switch 2 Reveals New Kirika and Masha

Inti Creates has revealed the Japanese retailer bonuses for the upcoming Switch 2 port of its metroidvania Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark.

The bonuses comprise newly illustrated posters and tapestries from select retailers. You can view this new batch of artwork below:

Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark occurs in the Demon Realm, fraught with endless civil war. As vassals of the Demon Lord Maxim, protagonists Kirika and Masha return home to find their castle destroyed by the rival lord Lyzenorg. With Maxim reduced to a shadow of his former self, the sisters must fight to restore his power and reclaim their rightful place.

Kirika and Masha offer distinct playstyles. Kirika specializes in long-range combat using demonic guns, while Masha wields a whip for close-range attacks. Players can switch between the sisters anytime to tackle different combat and exploration challenges.

Players must collect Maxim’s scattered remains to rebuild the Demon Lord’s castle and restore his power. Defeat enemies and open chests to obtain random drops, including consumables, sub-weapons, and Demon Relics. Customize and craft weapons to unlock new abilities.

Gal Guardians: Servants of the Dark is available on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. The Switch 2 version will arrive on January 28, 2027.
